JD Wang - Chief Executive Officer & President
Mr. Wang obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Managerial Economics at the University of California, Davis and also obtained a Masters of Business Administration at Shanghai International MBA, a joint venture between China’s Tongji University and France’s ENPC,while concurrently working in Shanghai. Mr. Wang gained exposure to new business development projects while working at a high tech company in Shanghai. While in Shanghai, Mr. Wang helped start a division dedicated to solar cells and solar panels, and helped to form joint venture businesses with many international companies. He has written business plans for projects involving over $3 billion in investments and is very familiar with start up operations. Mr. Wang also started anon-profit organization in 2006 devoted to developing leadership among young professionals through mentorship.
KC Tarn - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Tarn obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts and Athletics at Redlands University, where he also competed in varsity track and field. Mr. Tarn competed internationally in track and field, participating on the Taiwan Olympic team in the 1976 Olympic games, in additional to winning several medals globally. Mr. Tarn has owned Tarns Construction for 30 years, and has won several awards for custom home design and construction. He also has over 10 years of experience in the field of tire recycling and has endeavored to keep abreast of issues related to scrap tire processing. Mr. Tarn has experience in global trade, having dealt with import and export businesses in the past. Mr. Tarn has hands-on experience with machinery and deeply understands the global marketplace.
Your-Hsien Wu - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wu is the president of SSK (Sin Sheng Kuang Electric & Machinery Industrial Co., LTD), which is the supplier of the recycling machinery utilized by the reRubber. Mr. Wu, born in Taiwan, has been in the machinery research and development business for 40 years. He first created tools for farming in 1968 and developed a power grinding machine in 1972. After further research, Mr. Wu refined his power grinding machine to work on various raw materials outside of the farming industry such as plastic and rubber. Called the "Super Micro Grinder," this machine was utilized in the chemical, food and minerals industries. Recognizing the scrap tire problem in Taiwan, Mr. Wu took to resolve this issue and spent substantial time and investment in research and development to manufacture his patented tire recycling system in 1995. His tire recycling system has obtained patents in several countries such as the U.S., Germany, Japan, Taiwan and China, and has received several other distinctions, such as safety certification marks issued by a German Technical Monitoring Association (TUV); ISO 9002 certification; Russian GOST-R standards certification, and the Innovative & Research Award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan. Thus far, Mr. Wu has successful transferred the tire recycling technology and equipment to Japan, Russia, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, the Philippines, Malaysia and others.
Joe Ho - Business Development Manager
Mr. Ho obtained his masters degree in computer science at Northern Illinois University. He brings nine years of international sales, customer support and IT experience to the team.
Johnny Wang - Project Manager
Mr. Wang has spent significant time in research and development for the environmental industry. He brings two years of dedicated market and product research in the tire recycling industry. Mr. Wang has worked on other environmental businesses in the Light Emitting Diode industry, working to reduce electricity usage in the United States. He is also skilled in software and emerging technology.
